Snow plowing services run from October 25 to April 15. Pricing is based on a standard 4-car driveway (~700sq ft); larger areas may have adjusted rates. Services are performed within 24 hours of snowfall reaching the trigger depth. Clients must provide 24 hours’ notice to postpone any service. If crews arrive and the service is already completed, a $25 transportation fee will apply. Per-push clients must pay within 7 days of service. Package clients are billed weekly for four weeks and may opt out at any time before the next 4 week cycle. Shoveling is limited to a max of 15 minutes. Lawns & Lots LLC is not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, blocked driveways, or damage to unmarked or hidden objects.
